The xliff-users list is solely for topics relating to the XLIFF standard. May I remind you of the OASIS guidelines for posting, available at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/maillists/guidelines.php

Please use other forums for publishing these conference CFPs unless they directly relate to XLIFF.
