Hi there;

RE: Schedule for meeting.

OK with me.

RE: Pre Meeting Mail Discussion

I agree. Unfortunately, my services have all gone into slow motion, and all pages time out. This must be BT's revenge for me bringing in Telewest to provide ADSL this Friday. I'm at the local internet cafe right now.

If anyone's online right now with the teleCon details, please blast them to me!

RE: XLIFF TC/Schema SubCom Charter;

Do we want to spend any time on tools, as regards extensions for handling that mey be needed for XLIFF handling? Otherwise, OK with me.

RE: Dialects

Glad to hear that my suppositon is not true, because I would like to be able to have the coverage of the powerful new schemata.

RE: Work agenda, I think that we should have a month of hard work, for a number of us in collaborative mode.

Regards,
David Leland

Hi guys,

My views are expressed below, as replies to Enda's points.

I have also looked briefly at the W3CSchema that David sent out, and it looks to
be a solid implementation of the spec. so far.

Regards,

John C.

I am not sure what is meant by "source format" here. Could anyone explain?

My view on this is that we should support a small number of schema dialects,
primarily those with validator support at present, or likely in the future. This
would suggest W3CSchema, almost certainly Relax NG, and possibly Schematron,
though I, personally, don't know of any validators for Schematron.
