2.Review and discuss revised Conformance Subcommittee Charter.   If deemed appropriate,  vote to confirm charter,  leadership (Reinhard) and membership of subcommittee.
3. Report from Schema Sub-committee (Edna McDonnel)
4. Whitepaper - XLIFF TC proposal indicated that Whitepaper would be published within 2 months of initial meeting.  Discuss and agree to process for authoring Whitepaper. (Tony Jewtushenko)
5. Face-to-Face meeting: proposal has been made to hold a face-to-face meeting immediately following Unicode Conference,  Dublin Ireland,  which shall be held on Monday the 13th May,  2002.  The 14,  and 15th (is 2 days enough?) of May appear to be most suitable dates for our meeting.  Venue and agenda to be determined.
