3/ Spec 1.1 progress
All proposals must be submitted by close of business (PST) tomorrow, May

It was proposed and agreed that there would be a separate meeting tomorrow
to discuss Eric's proposal in advance of the face to face meeting.
4/ Face to face meeting.
The following are confirmed as intending to attend: Jonathan Clark, John
Corrigan, Tony Jewtushenko, Mark Levins, Christian Lieske, Matt Lovatt,
Enda McDonnell, John Reid, Peter Reynolds, Yves Saourel, Reinhard Schaler (1

To dial in: David Ramsey, Eric D. Friedman.
The main deliverable from the meeting will be a proposal for the version 1.1
specification which will be agreed by an email vote.
It was agreed that effort should be made to keep those who can't attend the
meeting informed through email minutes, notes etc.
David suggested that it was important that at the face to face meeting the
group focuses on business customers and other users of XLIFF and not have an
over-emphasis on tool related issues. It was agreed that if anyone had
something they wished to be noted in relation to the agenda they should mail
this before hand.
5/ Oasis Intellectual Property Issues
Issues have arisen with work done on Oasis TCs prior to their being
submitted to Oasis. Members of the TC, particularly those involved with
XLIFF prior to Oasis and OpenTag will need to clarify that there is no IPR
issues with this work. Tony will forward a mail with the wording needed to
cover this and outline what we should do.
6/ Oasis Web site
Oasis are reviewing their Web site and asked for feedback on this. This
should be forwarded to Tony. Eric raised the issue of the visibility of
email addresses and the link on our page to the Oasis archives.
7/ There was no new business.
8/ Next Meeting: To discuss Eric's proposal April 31st. 4 PM PST/ 8 AM PST.
Face to face meeting May 9/10
