Hi Mirek and Milan: 

I think there must be a misunderstanding.  Is it possible that you've mistakenly
replied to a "group action item" change notication mail that was automaticallly
generated when I closed the action item last week?  The list you sent appears
to be the original list I compiled some weeks ago,   which has over the course
of several meetings been boiled down to a significantly reduced list,  which
was subsequently voted on and approved
by the TC in a meeting 2 weeks ago (on the 8th of April). 

If you have absolute requirements for additions or changes to the restype
list,  since the spec isn't yet a committee spec we still have the opportunity
to make changes,  but it will be up to you to make a compelling case for
revisiting work that's already been closed off and approved by the TC.  At
this point any changes that you'd like to make to it should reference the
approved
1.1 restype values list and should be submitted as new business at the
next TC teleconference.  It would be best if in advance of the meeting you
submitted a formal change/additions list to me or to the wider TC if you're
planning to persue this course of action.
