Updated XLIFF profile for Java Resources

Hi All,

Please find attached an updated version of the XLIFF profile for Java Resource Bundles.

New in this version:

• Examples reworked completely
• Added comments about Java resources in XML format
• Added more conversion guidelines
• Fixed erroneous entry regarding comments in .properties files
• Added section about transitional and strict versions of XLIFF schemas (copied from HTML profile)

and a number of minor changes.

IMHO, the profile needs another round of revisions before submitting it for ballot.
