Updated revision of Java profile

Hi All,

Please find attached an updated version of the XLIFF profile for Java Resource bundles.

New in this version:

1) Removed the following paragraph from section 2.4.1:

>     Single quotes need to be duplicated in .properties files. Filters should represent duplicated quotes as a single character in XLIFF documents.

David Walters reminded me that single quotes only need to be duplicated when a property is processed using MessageFormat class. As there is no way to tell how the Java code is written by looking at a .properties file, it is better to remove the constraint.

2) Fixed a couple of typos discovered by David in Listing 4 (replaced '1<' with '1&lt;').

3) Added sample.properties.xlf to the package.
