Hi TC:

Our pending work is almost entirely now related to ballots and preparation for rollout of our work for public review. As it’s not that discussion / decision intensive interactive work, I’m recommending that we cancel the mid-month meetings at least for a couple of months. We were due to have one Tuesday, which I recommend be cancelled.

We have a few final matters to deal with – such as implementation affidavits, and collateral – but nothing that can’t get done effectively via email. One exception is the DITA / XLIFF oper-op model discussion which I would like to hold sometime soon but perhaps not on the usual Tuesday 11am EST / 4pm BST as that that is DITA’s normal meeting slot and some of our TC members are involved in DITA. How would a next Thursday suit everyone, same time otherwise?
