Subject: Plural-form information
The note about the plural form is a very good one for both XLIFF and TMX. There is kind of a way around it for XLIFF, but for TMX where <tu>s can be use as standalone entries there no way that I know of to store in a common way the plural entry of a PO file. -ys > Sent: Monday, March 16, 2009 9:09 PM > Subject: XLIFF & TMX (Re: [L4T] TMX 2.0 public commitee draft, release for public comments.) > > from my experience, I may say that TMX needs state="" attribute for <tu> because units may be "signed- > off" or just "translated", and in both cases user would probably want to store them in TM. > > <tuv> would benefit from plural-form="" attribute.
