Subject: Groups - XLIFF TC Telelconference added
As mentioned, I will be unable to attend or chair the December 7 meeting
(holding out some hope for December 21). Rodolfo will chair this meeting.
According to Lucia's poll, we should have exactly enough for quorum on each
of the December meetings. It looks like the first meeting in January will
not achieve quorum. We can revisit that closer the the date of that
meeting.

3. Conformance criteria must be boolean, i.e. satisfied or failed, no shades of grey or levels of support.
4. Conformance criteria must include well-formedness (schema conformance) and processing requirements
5. Processing requirements must be defined in terms of well-formedness (schema conformance) and specific allowed values of elements and data types before and after processing.
