As promised, I edited and migrated the XLIFF 2.0 Dashboard (http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xliff/XLIFF2.0). I removed any items that were already covered in the Feature Tracking page (http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xliff/XLIFF2.0/FeatureTracking). And I moved applicable entries from the Dashboard page to the Feature Tracking page. What remains on the dashboard page is any entry that could not be tracked as a feature (for example, "Must have a Requirements Document" or "Additional Representation Guides."
If you'd like, please have a look and make updates as you find necessary.
