XLIFF mail server bugs? (RE: [xliff] Notes from the symposium)

Hi Chet,

I have a report from a user that the XLIFF list mail server is not sending emails as expected (details listed by Yves below). Is there a glitch in the system that you know of?

TC members, if you have also detected missing emails, please report the details to Chet.
