A few project management reminders re XLIFF 2.0 endgame

Hi all,

@Owners of features that need to be resolved as follow up of the November 20, meeting,

Please be sure to elaborate on your features AND propose the ballots in an unambiguous wording by the end of this week! Please note that each ballot must be open for at least 7 consecutive days (usually 5 business days but not necessarily so), which means that they need to be set up by Tuesday 4PM UTC at the VERY LATEST so that they resolve BEFORE the next TC meeting.

Caveat!

Owners without voting rights need to find not only a second for the ballot being set up, but also a proposer.

In case you have attended 3 out 5 last TC meetings (see this report to check that) yet do not appear on the roster as voting, or if your attendance was not recorded properly, please address this with Bryan (chair) and/or Rodolfo (secretary).

@Owners of modules, please develop PRs for your modules, see separate issue e-mails that I sent earlier this week.

@Volunteers for editorial duties (spec writing and/or schema writing), please volunteer fast as these vacancies seriously compromise our ability to pull out the committee draft by the end of 2012 as announced. And as we all know this means before Xmas.
