Hi David - slight clarification: before a Committee Specification can be advanced as a Candidate OASIS Standard, a minimum of 3 Statements of Use must be received and accepted by the TC. At least one of the SoUs must come from an OASIS Member Organization.

before you move to OASIS standard, we are however moving towards Committee Specification.
Implementations for the OASIS standard move will be of course discussed on the F2F on June 10.

A big +1 on that sentiment.

I don't understand why OASIS has no requirement to have at least two implementations before a specification can move to standard,
like in the W3C.
