Ballot to approve a new Candidate OASIS Standard with Non-Material Changes made since its public review has been set up

OASIS members, 

The OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC members [1] have requested a Special Majority Vote to approve XLIFF Version 2.0 Working Draft 05 [2] as Candidate OASIS Standard 02 to be submitted to the OASIS members for consideration as an OASIS Standard. 

XLIFF Version 2.0 COS01 [3] completed its 60 day public review and received comments [4]. The TC has made changes to the Candidate OASIS Standard to address these comments. In accordance with section 3.4.2, ‘Public Review of a Candidate OASIS Standard’ of the OASIS TC Process [5], the TC affirms that the changes are Non-Material and that the changes ONLY address the comments received. 

The ballot can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=2648. The ballot opens on 09 July 2014 at 00:00 GMT and closes on 15 July 2014 at 23:59 GMT.
