Error in spc 2.0 in example 5.2.6

One bug to fix for the next update of XLIFF 2:

The example 5.2.6 is invalid.

The translation entry refers to #m2 which is a <mrk> in <target>. It should refers to #t=m2 to be valid.

This said, I'm not sure why the terminology annotation in source and target don't have the same ID in the first place.
