Provenance and Change Track Module

Hi all,

One question with regard to the ITS mapping is how the ITS Provenance data category should (or should not) be related to the Change
Tracking module. For example the CTR module has an author and a datetime attribute in <revision> that overlaps a bit with the
information of the Provenance data category.

Some of the questions:

- Should a tool supporting ITS Provenance supports also CTR?

- What if a file has conflicting information one from CTR one from ITS Provenance on the same element?
