Hi All,

I have modified the docx version of the standard and I am attaching it to this mail as I do not know how to add it to the subversion system.

Fredrik was right about the formatting problems in the docx version. I have replaced all trees and examples and changed the links in the trees so that they now link to the appropriate place in the document. There were 5 or 6 trees in the document and not too ;-). I also started each new section on a new page. However, I did not try to deal with every instance of a section going from one page to another.

I hope this is fine with everyone and we can check it and then submit it to ISO.

I am looking for a second to formally start this call for dissent.

this call for dissent is to see whether we have an XLIFF 2.0 package that everybody is happy to be submitted by OASIS staff to ISO TC37 SC5 to become an ISO standards through their fast track process.

I've committed to our SVN the package

and the docx version of the standard

that is the only addition to the OASIS Standard package. Please note that ISO need the docx version for their production process. And providing the docx version is a requirement for the ISO ballots to be initiated.

In case of dissent, please express it in reply to this email by 5th April 4PM WEST.

The last opportunity to express dissent will be in the regular XLIFF TC teleconference that will take place on 5th April from 4pm WEST (GMT+DST).

In case no dissent will be recorded the above specified package will be transmitted by OASIS to ISO TC37 SC5 Secretariat to begin their production and approval process.

Log:
added the docx version produced by Chet along with the zip package including the same docx. This zip package should be submitted to ISO TC37 SC5, unless objections regsitered before or in the next TC teleconference on 5th April 2016.
