Generating HTML/PDF for each edit

Hi David, Felix,

Is there any way to generate the new HTML and/or PDF files of the 2.1 draft (at least one of them) each time the document is
modified?
We used to do that and it helped a lot: Looking at the raw .xml is not very practical.

This may help people to follow the changes better and in general to provide feedback/correction that would be more relevant than
when looking at HTML/PDF files that are outdated.
