Chet, first question

I am unable to create an issue without a reporter.

Not only "reporter" is a required field but it also requires the reporter to be a user of the JIRA project.

In this case the reporter is Yves, so it will resolve itself once the Committee members filter through to the JIRA setup, but how I am supposed to enter non-committee members as reporters? I don't seem to be able to make the field not required or add another field for non-TC reporters..
