Thanks,

Hi all,

we were considering skipping the meeting of 21st February as we were not sure when the 2nd public review will be launched by OASIS Admin.

Since Chet attempted the near impossible and did manage to publish the 2nd public review before my XML Prgaue talk about the ITS Module in XLIFF 2.1
There is a very good chance that we will have comments by 21st Feb and we should meet.

This is the link to the XML Prague stream, the time around the start of the talk that had to be delivered by Ján Husarčík and Soroush Saadatfar as I had lost voice the previous day..

BTW, our voting membership dropped to 6, we now have only 3 voting members and 3 officers.
This makes on one hand reaching the quorum easier but is not at all good for the OASIS end game.

*For all current non-Voters*, please do attend the meetings of 21st February and 7th March so that you can regain your voting rights in time for the Committee Specification Special Majority ballot and subsequent progression ballots.

It's quite hard to collect near 60 votes of Primary Representatives throughout OASIS membership for the final COS -> OS progression, when our special majority ballots will likely have only 6 or less participants.

For implementers, who want to provide Statements of Use, the SOU questioner should be launched just as soon as the 2nd public review comments are disposed of. Which could and should be as soon as March 7, 2017.

Cheers and talk next week
dF
