Subject: Re: formatting of examples

Thanks, Tom,

I figured by comparing the XLIFF 2.0 and XLIFF 2.1 prints that the issue with corrupted characters was due an oXygen setting and NOT in the source file.
So this is fixed now.
Some examples still don't fit vertically on the pdf. We'll need to leave that for cs01 I think, as it might require some serious tinkering with the pdf stylesheet.
This shouldn't be a blocker for csprd03 sice all displays well in the authoritative HTML

Cheers

Hello David,

I’ve completed formatting of examples. I found an error in my script that caused some long lines to be ignored, which is why so many issues remained. It should be much, much better now.

The example code in 5.9.13 should be better in terms of width, but I have no idea why the height exceeds the page. It appears that some of the text preceding it is not showing as well. I didn’t see anything in the XML source that would cause this, and other <programlisting> blocks break across pages without a problem.

As for the Czech characters, my initial theory about why they went missing appears to be wrong. I’ll continue to investigate this when I wake up in several more hours.

Cheers,

Tom
