I tend to agree, because #2 was the choice of the implementation for the ITS Extension we did back in 2013.

This will allow to migrate 2.0 documents with just 4 easy global search and replace calls.

I would vote for 2), since it means that there is less information to produce. With 3) some people may produce both matchQuality and mtConfidence.

Basically after discussion, we ended up with two final options (2 or 3):

1)   Keep things as they are.
2)   Keep mtConfidence mapped to matchQuality, but remove all references to have locQualityRatingScore mapped to matchQuality.
3)   Use the native ITS attributes for both mtConfidence and locQualityRatingScore.

Any thoughts?
