the ballot will start automatically tomorrow afternoon European time, all members will be notified on start and end (after 7 calendar days), all eligible voters will be nudged three more times in between to cast their vote, unless they will have had voted already. 
Voters are free to change their vote until the ballot closes..

Description:
Voting "Yes" means you vote for keeping those Warnings as is.
Voting "No" means you want those Warnings removed as proposed in
