In the meeting we will review and approve / reject SOUs made by the above

I will forward the SOUs from SDL and Council of Europe to this mailing list to facilitate the review prior to the meeting tomorrow..
Normally we would review those SOUs on the mailing lists as sent by their submitters, but this is impossible now due to the trouble with the comment list..

Yves's and Felix's SOUs can be reviewed in place (see the links above) as they sent them a few weeks ago before there was trouble with the mailing lists.

After we have hopefully approved one OASIS org member SOU and at least two other, we should proceed to requesting the special majority ballot to progress XLIFF 2.1 to COS.

We will need to publish and approve meeting minutes without delay to allow for creation of the COS progression ticket..
