As you can see, your ballot to approve XLIFF v2.1 as a COS has passed.
TC Admin will now publish the COS and launch the 60 day public review. TC Admin JIRA ticket https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2783 has been opened to track this work.

Description XLIFF Version 2.1 [1] was approved as a Committee Specification on 23 August 2017. The TC has received 5 Statements of Use from ENLASO Corp, Felix Sasaki, Umbraco, SDL Trados Studio, and Soroush Saadatafar [2]. Do you now approve submitting XLIFF Version 2.1 CS01 to the OASIS membership for consideration as a Candidate OASIS Standard? Approving this ballot will result in a 60-day public review after which, if no comments are received, the COS will be submitted to a membership-wide ballot. If comments are received, the TC will be asked to vote by Special Majority Ballot on whether to continue to the membership vote.
