Subject: Re: [xmile] 1.5.2 Non-Apply-to-All Array

What are these properties for number format and scale of which you speak?  I don't see them in the docs and didn't put them in the schema.

If you have a chance, consider browsing the schema and reviewing the list of attributes.  It's complicated to enter in new stuff, but should be readable for verifying stuff.

Regarding number formats -- I suggest they go at the variable not array level.  We did them at the array level in Forio and almost never changed them per array.  But either is fine.

Hi Will,

The number formats, scales ranges, etc are specified on the entities within the <variables> tag, not within the <view> tag.  This is very similar to model properties on Forio models.  The question I was posing was whether or not we can control those things per array element or only per array parent (they were per array element in Forio models I believe).  I think the correct choice is per array element (think of an array of Companies: Big Company, Tiny Company and an arrayed variable revenue.  For Big Company we would want a number format like $s3, but for Tiny Company we would want a format like $#,###.00).
