Web Linking Reference

At least in the HTML version of the XRD specification at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/xri/xrd/v1.0/os/xrd-1.0-os.html, which is
dated 1 November 2010, the reference for "Web Linking" is given as
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-nottingham-http-link-header (an
internet draft). However, that draft has been superseded by RFC 5988
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5988), dated October 2010. The reference
in the XRD specification should be updated.
