XRI authorities are XRI authorities, even in cross-references. So are URI authorities. xri://www.Example.Com is equivalent to xri://www.example.com, and xri:@foo/(http://A.b.Com)/bar is equivalent to xri:@foo/(http://a.b.com)/bar. =Drummond
