Going from RC1d to RC2

Gabe, Dave, & Editors:

We lost power here in North Seattle this morning which through my whole
schedule for a loop. I have to leave for the airport now so I am handing
over the reins to Gabe and Dave to complete any final review of RC1d
(which I see Gabe just posted to Kavi) and then post it to the full TC
as RC2.

Remember also to send a message saying that the vote will start in one
week, so please try hard to send in any final feedback or comments
before Turkey Day.
