	As for your comment on 3.7 - its actually correct, but it would be much clearer if the word "sooner" were replaced with "earlier". So it becomes:

That is, if the expiration time in /XRIDescriptor/Expires is EARLIER than the expiration time calculated from the HTTP caching semantics, then the XRI Descriptor SHOULD be discarded before the expiration time in /XRIDescriptor/Expires.  

	Have not done a full readthrough yet.
