As I'm sitting down to draft the 2.0 resolution spec, I realized that Dave
McAlpin had drafted a 1.0 errata document that almost entirely dealt with
resolution. We never had a formal vote on it, but I'm assuming that we are
all pretty much in agreement with the changes proposed in it. Thus, unless I
hear anything soon, I'll just incorporate the changes in the errata into the
2.0 spec.
