Question on Res 2 spec

Gabe,

I'm about 1/3 of the way through the res 2 spec. My main question so far is
about XRID elements. The description you are providing in section 2.2.3 does
not seem to match Appendix B and other sections, which talk about
XRIAuthority elements.

Can you clarify this? I'd like to clear that up before I continue through
the rest of the document.
