RE: [xri] strawman requirements document

Nat-
	I think these are all well stated requirements. Some of the
terminology probably needs to be massaged (ie we have stayed away from using
the term "digital identity" thus far). In general, however, all of these
requirements make sense to me, and we'll work them in.
