XRI TC change of official meeting schedule and membership rules

XRI TC Members:
 
Due to the international participation on the XRI TC and our inability
after several months to find telephonic meeting times that worked for
all participants, the Chairs have concluded that the best approach is to
conduct all official business online. Although we will still hold
bi-weekly working telecons, they will be unofficial and attendance is
not required to maintain voting status in the TC.
 
We will take an official vote on this change on tomorrow's TC telecon
(3PM PDT). As of that time, under OASIS TC membership rules, the new XRI
TC membership rules will be:
 
a) All current voting members remain voting members
b) All prospective members who have declared their intention to become
voting members and who have met the OASIS 60-day waiting requirement are
voting members.
c) All prospective members who have declared their intention to become a
voting member and have not yet met the 60-day rule will become voting
members as soon as they've met the 60-day requirement.
d) Any new prospective member is subject to the 60-day waiting period.
e) In accordance with standing OASIS membership rules a voting member
must return 80 percent of all mail ballots to remain eligible.
 
I have attached a spreadsheet with what I believe to be the current
status of each member. If you feel that you are incorrectly identified
on this list then please let me (or one of the chairs) know immediately
so that we can look at rectifying the error.
