Per the decision in the last meeting, this call will not be an official
meeting of the TC and attendance is not required. However attendance is
encouraged for everyone who can make this time slot and we will still
produce minutes to document discussion and decisions.

The main purpose of the call will be to discuss the 01 draft of the spec
that will be posted by the end of the day tomorrow (Wednesday), and to
coordinate editor's assignments for moving the spec out of the editor's
TC by the following Thursday, July 3. A more specific agenda will be
posted tomorrow.
