An initial cut of the FAQ. Everyone please review and give feedback. Its very rough at this point, and will need cleaning (especially formatting - probably needs to be HTML). Dave McAlpin now has ownership.

The final version will need to be posted early next week, so if you have feedback, need to get it to us soon. This document is not a formal deliverable, so we won't need a vote, and we can edit it as we see fit moving forward.
