Thanks Gabe. I just did this in my head so it's great that you ran it
through a validation tool.

The XRI production is fine as unreferenced. The reserved production is
included in IRI even though it's not used, mostly so they could talk
about it. I included it for the same reason. I've removed ipath-noscheme
and xri-characters.

No idea about a tool for playing around with ABNF, but I'm sure someone
will have a suggestion.
