See upcoming emails for more details. -- Mr Drummond Reed The document named Local and Proxy Resolution Proposal (local-and-proxy-resolution-proposal-v1.doc) has been submitted by Mr Drummond Reed to the OASIS Extensible Resource Identifier (XRI) TC document repository. Document Description: This document proposes to add: a) local resolution, and b) HTTP redirection by HTTP proxy resolvers in the XRI 2.0 Resolution Specification Committee Draft 02 in order to increase compatability with existing HTTP URI infrastructure and enable XRIs to be resolved by browsers that do not natively understand XRI resolution.
