Fabulous. Dave, do you see any reason we should NOT update the XRI resolution spec to reference this normative spec?

On Friday the W3C promoted xml:id (http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/REC-xml-id-20050909/) to recommendation status, so it can now be normatively referenced. We should consider this as we move forward with work on the 2.0 resolution spec.
