XRI TC Asia Call Thursdays 9PM Pacific

After positive responses from Nat, Kunal, and Wil, we will start holding an
second unofficial XRI TC call for US/Asia/Australia participants at 9PM
Pacific time on Thursday evenings (Friday mornings in Asia). As with the
current Friday morning call for US/Europe participants, these calls are
planned to continue only through the completion of the XRI 2.0 cycle.

The particular focus of the next few calls will be the next Working Drafts
of XRI Resolution and XRI Metadata, which will be posted early next week.

I will add this call to the TC calendar.
