Proposal to move Friday XRI TC meeting to 3PM PT

XRI Resolution 2.0 Editors and TC Members:

I'm going to be in Toyko this weekend with a big slot of writing time which
I'd REALLY like to use to complete folding feedback into XRI Resolution 2.0
Working Draft 10.

Since I'm 16 hours ahead, it would be IDEAL if I could join the XRI TC call
on Friday, especially if the other XRI Resolution editors (such as Wil,
who's also on Asia time, though it will be Sat. morning for him) were on the
call, and we could use it to intensively discuss/close many of the issues
raised by the feedback.

If so, I'd definitely be able to post Working Draft 10 by the end of the
weekend, and we'd reach a key milestone. (Note that Marty and I would also
like to post XRI Metadata 2.0 Working Draft 08 at the same time. Two
milestones.)

So, anyone who CANNOT attend if we move this week's XRI TC call to 3PM
Pacific on Friday (7am Toyko on Saturday), please post a note to the list.
Otherwise let's plan on it.

Les, if you can make it, can you adjust the time for the NeuStar dial-in?
