Erratta in Appendix E of WD10

Steve noticed the following in Appendix E of XRI Resolution 2.0 Working Draft 10 (the example local API). Please do send in any other errata or suggestions as you work through implementations.

The out param for operation number 4 should read “XRD” and not “XRDS”.
