Subject: Re: [xri] PLEASE REVIEW: WD11 Section 8 (Yadis) proposed text

I know we've already discussed this in the last couple of weeks, but it
seems that the term "Yadis discovery" is still causing a lot of
confusion (at least to me).

Drummond, is the discovery text in the OpenID spec going to be edited to
more clearly explain the difference between "Yadis" discovery and XRI
resolution.

To be honest, I was under the impression for a long time (until last
last fall at least) that Yadis discovery was the more general term for
both URIs and XRIs. Perhaps it might also make sense to make this
clearer in the Yadis spec as well? If this has already been changed,
please ignore my comments.
