Following are the minutes for the unofficial telecon of the XRI TC at:

AGENDA

1) MISINTERPRETATIONS OF XRDS ELEMENTS IN OPENID AUTHENTICATION

John explained that he's spending a lot of time on helping clarify the
misinterpretations of XRDS elements (specifically LocalID and CanonicalID)
in XRDS documents. He will be doing a blog post about these shortly.

# DRUMMOND to check with OpenID editors about the need for a clarification.


2) REVIEW XRI RESOLUTION 2.0 COMMITTEE DRAFT 02 REVISION 01

This document was mistakenly titled "XRI Resolution 2.0 Working
Draft 12" due to Drummond's misunderstanding of the OASIS naming guidelines.
(The next revision will be XRI Resolution 2.0 Committee Draft 02 Revision
02.) In any case, it was posted in PDF and Word formats to:

We reviewed each comment to make sure there was consensus. 

* The only changes were minor wording suggestions. 

* The only open issue is the best way to reference the Type element in the
RelaxNG schema.

# DRUMMOND to talk to Gabe about structure for RelaxNG reference to Type.

# GABE to post updated RNC schema files.

# DRUMMOND to add warning text in XSD about the xrd:XRD/xrd:Type element
having optional attributes that are not needed at the XRD level.

# DRUMMOND to do a close review on the spaces and brackets in the RelaxNG to
make sure they are consistent.

# DRUMMOND to send copy of proposed Rev 02 to Eran Hammer-Lahav.

# DRUMMOND to post Rev 02 once these action items are complete.


3) W3C COMMENT RESPONSE REVIEW

The original W3C comment on XRI Resolution 2.0 Committee Draft 02 is

Gabe has posted a proposed response at:

Gabe was not able to attend the call, however comments were posted to the
list.

* There was concensus about the comments on the list.

* John also pointed out that in the case where what the client application
is looking for is a redirect, the proxy resolver will return a 302, and this
is the same number of roundtrips as a normal 302.

# DRUMMOND to incorporate feedback from the comments on the list and above
and repost.

# GABE to review and send final draft to W3C TAG.
