Mary, thanks for the clarification.

If this is a web ballot, which must run for a week, do we need to wait until
seven days after the OASIS Standard vote ends to ask for this ballot, so
that the entire process takes two weeks? Or can we ask for it right after
the OASIS Standard vote ends?
