AGENDA

1) REVIEW SUMMARY OF PROPOSED NEXT STEPS IN W3C TAG DISCUSSION

Peter, Drummond, and John Bradley had a coordination telecon with Stuart
Williams and Henry Thompson last Friday. Drummond took the action item to
write up the open issues and suggested next steps on the page we have set up
for tracking these discussion on the XRI TC wiki:

We went over the three major "buckets" into which open issues were
classified and discussed the proposed next steps in each one. John Bradley
sent some feedback prior to the call (which he could not attend) but did not
have time to go over it in detail. It was agreed further discussion with
John is necessary since has been very involved in the email list.

Drummond also sent a link to this page when he posted it (the night before
the call) to the TAG members coordinating our discussions and received some
good feedback from Stuart Williams which can be incorporated.

2) FACE-TO-FACE MEETING

We discused some potential times/locations for a F2F meeting. We agreed that
it won't work to just add a day to some other conference since we need a
dedicated 2.5+ day session where we can deep-dive deeply into several key
issues, including the W3C discussions, XRI 3.0, and the future of XRDS. 

Peter offered to arrange facilities in at NeuStar in Sterling VA (outside
Washington DC). Since we need to poll a large number of potential
participants, some of whom would need to travel, about potential dates, the
action items are:

# PETER AND DRUMMOND to determine a polling method like Doodle.

# DRUMMOND to ping Dee Schur about budget for TC members to travel to a F2F
meeting.
