Drummond and John expect to post updates to the XRI-as-relative-URI wiki
page tonight:

They will also send the first messages to the W3C TAG mailing list:

Both Drummond and John have a conflicting meeting so they will only be able
to attend the start of the telecon, but we will go over any discussion so
far and agree about coordination over the next week.
