Subject: RE: [xri] OASIS spec template

Wil,

I just updated that page to reflect Mary McRae's (our TC administrator)
feedback about spec filenames (all those listed on the page are now
correct).

However, on the question of what OASIS template is preferred, you're correct
that no decision has been made yet for XRD 1.0. (The decision was made for
XRI 3.0 spec and the XRI 3.0 Binding specs -- which is to use MS Word for
legacy reasons.)

But for the XRI 1.0 spec, it is editor's choice. So you and Eran (and any
other editors) should discuss it and choose whichever of the OASIS templates
you feel will work best for you.

Note Mary's advice on that page, though: DO start fresh with a new current
OASIS template, whichever one you choose, and don't try to adapt an existing
document.

Feel free to post questions here as you go - I too am working on XRI 3.0
spec editing this week.
