Subject: Re: [xri] Alias and Subject sync
Is there not Canonical v.s. Alias/transient semantics difference
between Subject and Alias? I had that impression. If it was not, I am +1 with it. =nat Drummond Reed wrote: BC9CE0D8949445ED9548EAF130B7A8DB@ELROND" type="cite">+1. Logically, I can't see any reason not to do this (though it's always possible I'm missing something). =Drummond-----Original Message----- From: Eran Hammer-Lahav [mailto:eran@hueniverse.com] Sent: Tuesday, August 18, 2009 10:12 PM To: XRI TC Subject: [xri] Alias and Subject sync I think we need to add support for beginswith to the Alias element. We positioned Alias as an alternative to Subject which means we should be able to switch between them freely. They should have the same syntax and attributes, but different meaning (and cardinality).
